What I have seen in the last week has shock me. And given me even more hope. It took an Alt-right/KKK rally to wake up the Millennials, along with many more, that it’s TIME. Time to get involved with politics and ones’ community.
But where does one go, so many are asking? How can we combat the hate from the party of fraud, dishonesty, condonement of sexual assault and incest, whom stands for nothing and no one anymore? And now the party complicit to discrimination on a heart-breaking level.
Barack Obama eloquently said; ”No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or his religion … People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love … For love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite,’ The Washington Post. The prophet of this hatefulness, Sec. Hillary Clinton, said in a speech many months back and then again on Twitter, ‘If you see bigotry, oppose it. If you see violence, condemn it. If you see a bully, stand up to him.’ ~ @HillaryClinton.
So what’s a Democrat to do? This is more than just taking back the House and Senate. It is about taking back states with Dem governors and blue in the majority of state legislatures. We need to elect Democratic judges with insightfulness, discernment, and compassion. We have a million and one issues to tackle at the federal, state, and community level.
Can we do it? Yes. But not without unity. Not without the help of the large group of Millennials. We must act as ONE, vote as ONE, march as ONE. There are several organizations pushing this exact approach and giving each state with a vulnerable seat a worthy, vetted candidate to vote for.

As a total grassroots organization who refuses to take money from big corporations and one that stresses unity, even in their very mission statement, this is an org for the blue collar Dem all the way to the far-left liberal.
If one is looking to offset the KKK marches with their own march of love, unity and peacefulness, AND STRENGTH look no further than here: RootsAction.org
At the link one can tell their Representative to Impeach 45 in one minute. They allege they are, ‘Millions of Americans who support economic fairness, equal rights, civil liberties, environmental protection, and defunding endless wars‘ http://bit.ly/joinra .

Go to these places in the face of the extreme hate and discrimination we have seen and take your power back. They do not define us. They are not the values the majority of the country voted for. We will be triumphant in our fight against hatred and bigotry.
